Now, we’re expanding our digital community, and we’re looking for a leader to help shape what comes next. The Opportunity This newly created role puts you at the heart of our membership growth. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution to elevate our digital community, expand into new territories (with exciting focus on Asia), and amplify LE BOOK’s position as the platform for creative collaboration and inspiration. Expect impact: commercially, culturally, and globally. You are: • Commercially sharp, with storytelling flair • A digital membership expert who’s delivered ambitious sales growth • Fluent in the worlds of creativity, digital innovation & commerce • Agile, organised and energised by being both strategic and tactical • Inspired by fashion, luxury and the creative industries (industry experience a plus, not a must) What You’ll Do • Drive global membership growth through strategy + execution • Expand our community across new markets, especially Asia • Lead and grow our Membership team with a hands-on, data-informed approach • Deliver acquisition & retention success and build an engaged digital community • Represent LE BOOK as an industry ambassador, building high-value relationships with creative leaders, agencies, and luxury brands What You’ll Get • Competitive OTE (base + commission tied to performance) • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + pension • Ownership, autonomy & the chance to make a visible brand and commercial impact • A hybrid workstyle, based either in London or Paris, with 1-2 days per week in our team office • Invitations to industry events across creative, fashion & luxury spheres
